Pricing & Fair Use Terms
These terms govern subscription pricing, AI fair-use limits, and service protection for QikCRM. They form part of the QikCRM Terms of Service.

1. Definitions
Organisation means a single legal entity that signs up to QikCRM.
User means a named individual with a unique login that is authorised to access QikCRM on behalf of an Organisation. Shared user accounts are not permitted, except for service accounts that QikCRM approves in writing.
AI Features means any features in QikCRM that use machine learning or large language models to generate content, insights or suggestions.
2. Plan Fees & Included Users
QikCRM charges subscription fees per Organisation on a plan-by-plan basis.
The Solo plan is billed at €9 per month per Organisation and includes 1 User.
The Team plan is billed at €59 per month per Organisation and includes up to 20 Users. Additional Users are billed at €5 per User per month.
The Growth plan is billed at €199 per month per Organisation and includes up to 50 Users. Additional Users are billed at €8 per User per month.
The Scale plan is available for organisations with 50+ users. Pricing, AI token limits, and additional user rates are negotiated on a per-organisation basis.
Subscription fees are payable monthly in advance, unless the parties agree an annual or multi-year term in writing.
3. Free Trial
New Organisations may receive a 30-day free trial on any plan.
Trials are limited to one per Organisation, are provided “as is” and may include reduced AI usage limits compared to paid plans.
At the end of the trial, the Organisation must choose a paid plan to continue using QikCRM. If no plan is chosen, QikCRM may suspend or delete the trial account and associated data in line with its data retention policy.
4. Fair-Use Limits for AI Features
Each plan includes a fair-use allowance of AI Features. This allowance is measured internally using technical metrics such as number of AI requests, tokens processed and document volume.
QikCRM designs these limits for normal day-to-day usage by sales teams. They are not designed for bulk data scraping, large-scale automated testing or continuous batch processing.
If an Organisation's usage of AI Features materially exceeds normal usage patterns for its plan, QikCRM may:
- temporarily throttle or rate-limit AI Features,
- propose a higher-tier plan or bespoke pricing, or
- disable specific AI Features for that Organisation.
QikCRM will make reasonable efforts to notify the Organisation before taking steps that materially affect access to AI Features, unless immediate action is required to protect the service or third parties.
5. No Roll-Over of Unused Usage
Any unused access to AI Features or other usage-based components in a billing period expires at the end of that period and does not roll over. QikCRM does not provide credits or refunds for unused usage.
6. Price Changes
QikCRM may change its list prices for new subscriptions or upgrades at any time.
For existing subscriptions, QikCRM may increase the subscription fees for a plan at renewal by up to the higher of (a) 5% or (b) the percentage increase in the Harmonised Index of Consumer Prices (HICP) for the euro area over the previous 12 months, unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.
QikCRM will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price increase that affects an existing subscription. If the Organisation does not agree to the new fees, its sole remedy is to cancel the subscription with effect from the end of the then-current term.
7. Rate Limiting & Service Protection
QikCRM may apply technical limits to protect the stability and security of the service, including limits on requests per minute, concurrent sessions, document size and API usage.
QikCRM may suspend or restrict access to AI Features without prior notice where it reasonably believes that usage:
- threatens the stability or security of the service,
- violates applicable law or the acceptable use policy, or
- risks breaching the terms of QikCRM's agreements with its infrastructure or AI providers.
8. Third-Party AI Providers
Some AI Features may rely on third-party AI providers (for example, Mistral, Microsoft Azure OpenAI or OpenAI). QikCRM remains responsible for providing the QikCRM service, but cannot guarantee the availability or performance of third-party services.
Where an Organisation connects its own AI provider account or API key, the Organisation is responsible for all charges, configuration and compliance relating to that account. QikCRM acts only as a technical integration and is not liable for that provider's acts or omissions.
